Od 01.08.2025 r. można składać wnioski o przyznanie świadczeń rodzinnych oraz świadczeń z funduszu alimentacyjnego na nowy okres zasiłkowy 2025/2026.

Przy składaniu wniosków brane są pod uwagę dochody członków rodziny uzyskane w roku 2024, z uwzględnieniem utraty i uzyskania dochodu. Kluczowe jest spełnienie kryterium dochodowego, które wynosi:

• W przypadku złożenia wniosku na nowy okres zasiłkowy wraz z wszystkimi dokumentami w grudniu danego roku ustalenie prawa do świadczeń rodzinnych oraz wypłata przysługujących świadczeń za miesiąc grudzień danego roku i kolejne miesiące może nastąpi najpóźniej do ostatniego dnia lutego następnego roku.

Prawo do świadczeń rodzinnych uzależnione jest m.in. od dochodu rodziny. Świadczenie w pełnej wysokości przysługuje w sytuacji gdy dochód rodziny w przeliczeniu na osobę w rodzinie nie przekracza kwoty 674 zł, a w przypadku gdy w rodzinie jest dziecko niepełnosprawne, dochód rodziny w przeliczeniu na osobę nie może przekroczyć kwoty 764,00 zł.

Przy ustalaniu prawa do świadczeń rodzinnych i funduszu alimentacyjnego obowiązuje  tzw. mechanizm „złotówka za złotówkę”. Mechanizm ten zakłada, że przekroczenie progu dochodowego uprawniającego do świadczeń, nie będzie skutkować automatycznie utratą prawa do tych świadczeń, ale osoba taka co do zasady będzie mogła otrzymać świadczenie, pomniejszone o kwotę przekroczenia kryterium dochodowego.

2. Świadczenia z funduszu alimentacyjnego

Od 1 października 2025 roku zacznie się nowy okres świadczeniowy. Osoby chcące skorzystać ze świadczeń z funduszu alimentacyjnego na nowy okres zasiłkowy 2025/2026 mogą już składać stosowne wnioski.

Wnioski o świadczenia z funduszu alimentacyjnego można składać w formie:
